What is this project all about?

Bassett Unified School District is leasing the vacant lot next to the Child Development Center to generate much-needed funding to support quality education and attract new students amid declining enrollment. Our project was selected by the District and School Board to bring family-friendly housing and a new public community park to the site. This development will provide much needed homes for local families while enhancing community spaces and improving the District's financial standing.
