Family-Oriented Housing &
Pocket Park
Benefiting local schools and increasing housing options for families
We were honored to be chosen by Bassett Unified School District (BUSD) to lease the vacant lot next to their Child Development Center.
- Bringing critical funding needed to protect BUSD's quality education.
- Attract students to address BUSDs significant decline in enrollment.
- Public Community Pocket Park for all ages maintained at no cost to the City or District.
- Family-Oriented two- and three-bedroom townhomes with attached two car garages.
- Thoughtfully designed, two-story Spanish Architecture to reflect community history and culture.
- Two entry/exit points and emergency vehicle accessibility.
- Great schools support great property values. Increased housing options increase existing property values.
Thank you for your input and feedback to date. BUSD started this process three years ago including multiple public school board meetings. In the spirit of open communications, we held our first of many community meetings in December 2024.
